Human and Institutional Capacity Development Specialists, Deloitte Consulting

Deloitte is currently seeking Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Specialists for the anticipated USAID Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition II Human Institutional Capacity Development (HICD Pro) IQCs for Critical and Non-Critical Priority countries.  The HICD PRO IQCs will be used globally to build the capacity of host country organizations and institutions through: structured and integrated processes designed to identify root causes of performance gaps, a wide variety of targeted and systematic performance solutions tailored to addressing the gaps, as well as continuous performance improvement through the establishment of monitoring systems and cyclical processes.  Deloitte seeks long and short-term technical specialists for the following anticipated areas:

• Capacity assessment of host country organizations/institutions
• Integrated, systemic and cross-functional capacity building program development
• Performance monitoring systems development
• All USAID technical areas including, but not limited to economic growth, democracy and governance, infrastructure, health and education.
