The documents listed below contain references and summary details of many different resources and documents concerned with capacity and capacity development. At present this arrangement of the resources is primarily under the three main topic headings of the proposed structure of the package. It must be noted that this is a first, very raw, assembly of resources from many different sources that still needs of a lot of work and further organisation to match specific resources to each of the topic subsections.
Additionally, because the package has yet to be developed, none of these resources have yet been reviewed in terms of their potential relevance and usefulness for the learning process. So at a later stage some resources may be deleted and others added, and some may need to be referenced in more than one section. In order to streamline access to helpful resources it is likely that the references will be for key sections of documents, rather than the whole.
Aid Effectiveness This UNDP webpage compiles resources and news of activities related to the implementation of the Paris Declaration on Aid effectiveness. It focuses in particular on the actions needed to improve country management and coordination of aid and provides information on country aid management systems.
European Commission: How we ensure aid effectiveness: This web-page of the European Commission highlights work/initiatives carried out that relate to reforming technical cooperation and project implementation units as part of wider aid effectiveness agenda.

The Society for Organizational Learning, founded by Peter Senge, is an intentional learning community composed of organizations and individuals. The purpose of SoL is to discover (research), integrate (capacity development) and implement (practice) theories and practices of organizational learning for the interdependent development of people, their institutions and communities.
