New LenCD web site launched

At the LenCD Partners Meeting in Kigali in February, it was decided that one of our priorities was to build a new web site to support better communication and coordination across the network.  We are pleased to invite you to visit the new site starting today!

The site is intended to promote participation and active communication, not to be just a platform for publishing. You can leave comments on most pages of the site, and discussion forums will enable informal online discussion.  An important part of the site is the working groups area that supports collaboration on projects.  The site is also intended to promote information-sharing among organisations in the network through newsfeeds, blogs, information about events, and other materials.  Reference materials like event information, topic pages, case stories, and a document library are now being compiled.

Like all web sites, this one is still a work in progress.  Please leave comments and suggestions in the forum -- as network members, your ideas are important to us!
